7) Photos, videos, testimonials & jobsite content

Construction work often involves before/after photos, progress videos, and testimonials:

  • We avoid publishing addresses, client names, or identifying details unless we have permission or it’s necessary (e.g., commercial portfolio with consent).

  • If you provide a testimonial or allow us to photograph your project, you grant us permission to use that content for portfolio and marketing, unless you withdraw consent by contacting us. We’ll honor reasonable requests to remove or anonymize content we control.

8) Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including:

  • Project records & warranties: retained for periods consistent with industry practice, contract requirements, and applicable law.
